Exciting Changes in 2026

In addition to growing great products, 2026 saw the completion of several infrastructure projects in our farm.

New Indoor Facility
We completed a new indoor growing, post-harvest processing, and produce storage facility.  We started growing microgreens and plant starts in the grow room on January 1, 2026.  The new facility expanded our microgreen growing capacity by 500%.  Soon the post-harvest and produce storage rooms will be outfitted and operational.

High Tunnels
We completed (2) 30′ by 40′ high tunnels. In March 2026, we started growing cool season veggies and now they are home to our tomatoes, peppers and squash.  These high tunnels have provided shade from the direct sun and protection from the strong winds. We are looking forward to extending our growing season into the fall and winter months.

Greenhouse
We assembled a new 10′ by 30′ greenhouse. Final touches are still being completed, and water will be delivered from the new commercial well. We are projecting to complete and start using the greenhouse early 2027.

Commercial Well and Water Distribution
After a 3-year process, we completed the drilling and installation of a commercial well. We also completed a water distribution system throughout our property.  The well is 360′ deep with a 15 HP pump.  The well currently delivers water to our drip system in the high tunnels, raised beds, and garden areas.  Soon, the well will deliver irrigation through sprinklers to our back 3-acre field.
